Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large HR projects to successful completion, including setting project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules, while ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any changes or challenges.
- Manage project teams, providing clear direction, effective communication, and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with other HR departments and stakeholders to coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants, as required.
- Utilise problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
