  1. Act as a subject matter expert on hosted IP voice solutions and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to the team on all aspects of hosted IP voice services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hosted IP voice solutions with other company products and services.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact for all hosted IP voice related inquiries and issues.
  5. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients to educate them on the benefits and usage of hosted IP voice services.
  6. Participate in design and implementation of new hosted IP voice solutions and features.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of hosted IP voice services and provide recommendations for improvements.
