  1. Provide exceptional technical support and services to customers in the Heathrow area.

  • Technical Expertise: A Customer Engineer-Field Engineer At Bt Group Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Well-Versed In The Company's Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Telecommunications Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Various Software Applications.

  • Customer Service Skills: As The Main Point Of Contact For Customers, A Customer Engineer-Field Engineer Must Possess Exceptional Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Able To Communicate Effectively, Resolve Technical Issues Promptly, And Provide A Positive Customer Experience.

  • Field Experience: To Be Successful In This Role, A Customer Engineer-Field Engineer Must Have Previous Experience Working In The Field, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience With On-Site Installations, Maintenance, And Repairs Of Telecommunications Equipment.

  • Organizational Skills: With A Busy Schedule And Multiple Customer Appointments, A Customer Engineer-Field Engineer Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage Their Time Effectively. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Resources, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
