Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join BT Group as our Commercial Strategy Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and driving commercial strategies across the organization to ensure that our customers have the best experience with our products and services.The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the telecommunications industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position. A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.The Commercial Strategy Manager will be a key team player in our organization, working with members of our commercial teams to define and drive our commercial objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies to ensure that our customers are consistently receiving the highest quality products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and for developing and managing relationships with customers and other stakeholders.If you are an experienced Commercial Strategy Manager with a passion for driving innovative strategies and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive commercial strategies across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze the telecommunications industry and identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate commercial strategies and customer feedback.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  7. Suggest improvements to the organization's commercial strategies and processes.
  8. Work with members of the commercial teams to define objectives and drive commercial success.
  9. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Provide leadership and direction to the commercial teams to ensure that customer needs are met.
