Job Description

We are looking for a Change & Adoption Manager who is passionate about driving successful adoption of change initiatives at BT Group. As our Change & Adoption Manager, you will be responsible for leading our change management and adoption process, ensuring that we effectively and efficiently deliver our new initiatives, products, and services to our customers. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels. You should have a good understanding of change management methodology and be able to develop and deliver change management plans. If you are an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build relationships with stakeholders, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the change management and adoption process for the BT Group.
  2. Develop and deliver effective and efficient change management plans.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Influence stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
  5. Use change management methodology to guide the process.
  6. Remain highly organized and detail-oriented.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
