Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Process Improvement And Optimization.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Agile.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Business Process Changes, Resulting In Increased Efficiency And Cost Savings.
