  3. Follow established processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
  4. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job learning.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve complex customer problems and improve overall customer experience.
  6. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management.
  7. Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to better serve customers.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for BT Group by promoting our products and services and building positive relationships with customers.
