1. Monitor and maintain the stability and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.
2. Provide 3rd line technical support for all IT systems and services.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Work closely with other members of the IT team to identify and implement solutions for ongoing issues.
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
6. Ensure all IT systems and services are compliant with company policies and industry standards.
7. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
8. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for critical IT systems.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects.
10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their technical development and growth.
