Job Description

The Student Affairs Coordinator(SAC) manages all administrative aspects of the Master's and PhD programs of the Physics Department. The position is a vital link between the Department and several university offices including; the Graduate School, Registrar’s Office, and OISSS. Faculty, students, and staff rely on this position as a source of accurate information regarding policy and procedure across all relevant University programs and offices, and as a liaison to programs and offices to ensure compliance to, and/or resolution of, myriad student and program regulations, initiatives and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience

  • Experience with GSIM and College.net or equivalent systems desired

  • Strong organizational, administrative, time management and critical thinking skills
