Human Resources Manager - West Region
Serve as the HR Business Partner for the West Region covering sales, marketing, finance, regional account management and operations across 20 states. Coach leaders on people concerns evaluating the needs of the business and individual concerns. Hire and onboard talent to the organization ensuring full understanding of our culture and values, policies, procedures and support processes such as performance management and talent/succession. Lead key people processes for the teams around talent and succession planning, performance management and other HR related processes. Manage special projects and serve on project teams as necessary.
5+ years’ experience HRBP related role.
Knowledge of Human Resource practices and employment law.
