  1. Coordinate and manage the global recruitment process for British American Tobacco, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and anticipate talent needs.
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their fit for specific roles and cultural fit for the company.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate feedback and decision-making processes.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and actively seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  10. Collaborate with global recruitment team members to share best practices and support each other's recruitment efforts.
  11. Contribute to the development of recruitment reports and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts.
  12. Work with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
  13. Support and contribute to the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives through recruitment practices.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for British American Tobacco, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  15. Take on additional recruitment projects and responsibilities as needed to support the company's overall recruitment goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Processes And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And External Partners.

  • Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
