1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services for the company.
2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage relationships with existing suppliers.
3. Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and develop sourcing plans to support them.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sourcing activities.
6. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
7. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as production, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment and support for sourcing initiatives.

11. Train and mentor junior sourcing team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

13. Represent the company in supplier negotiations and other sourcing-related meetings and events.
14. Ensure a high level of quality and ethical standards are maintained by all suppliers.
