- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support global marketing initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage the entire sourcing process, from identifying needs to executing contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all sourcing activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into sourcing strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sourcing team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sourcing activities and address any concerns or feedback.
Extensive Experience In Sourcing And Procurement Within The Marketing Materials And Services Industry, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years In A Senior Role.
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends And Dynamics, And Ability To Develop And Implement Sourcing Strategies To Optimize Cost, Quality, And Supplier Relationships.
Proven Track Record In Negotiating And Managing Contracts With Suppliers, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Ethical Standards.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements Related To Marketing Materials And Services, Particularly In The Tobacco Industry, To Ensure All Sourcing Activities Are In Line With Legal And Ethical Standards.
