  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical data management for multiple studies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data sets.
  2. Develop and implement data management plans, including data collection, cleaning, and validation processes.
  3. Lead the design and implementation of clinical databases, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to support research and development efforts.
  5. Perform quality control checks on data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data management processes.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on data management best practices and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Train and mentor junior data management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  9. Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment and consistency in data management processes.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to data integrity and escalate issues as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in clinical data management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence in data management.
  13. Contribute to the development of data management budgets and timelines for clinical trials.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies related to clinical data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or Statistics.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Data Management Principles, Practices, And Regulations, Including Ich-Gcp And Cdisc Standards.

  • Previous Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Clinical Data Managers.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
