- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to protect the company's digital infrastructure and data.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends in the industry to proactively prevent potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
- Train and educate employees on best practices for maintaining a secure digital environment.
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach, working quickly and efficiently to mitigate any damage.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security incidents.

Relevant Education And Certifications: A Senior It Security Services Specialist At British American Tobacco Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. In Addition, They Should Possess Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism).
Extensive Experience In It Security: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In It Security, With A Strong Background In Network Security, Information Security, And Risk Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Security Solutions In A Large Corporate Environment.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr. They Should Also Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Security Trends And Threats.
