
Procurement Compliance & Services Sr Manager

- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures in line with company standards and industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures across the organization.
- Monitor and track compliance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement compliance in all business processes.
- Lead and manage the services procurement function, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Continuously review and improve procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide guidance and training to procurement staff and other relevant stakeholders on compliance requirements and processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to procurement compliance.
- Ensure all procurement activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company values and standards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and approve contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals to achieve procurement excellence.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to other departments on procurement compliance matters.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Compliance Regulations And Policies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Procurement Regulations And Policies, Especially Within The Tobacco Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, And Anti-Money Laundering Laws.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Compliance Programs: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Compliance Programs In A Large Multinational Organization. This Includes Experience In Conducting Audits, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Developing Compliance Training Programs.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Review And Interpret Complex Data And Regulations. This Will Be Important In Identifying Potential Risks And Developing Effective Compliance Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers, Regulators, And Other Relevant Parties.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Role Of A Procurement Compliance & Services Sr Manager Involves Managing A Team Of Compliance Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
