4. Conduct market research and stay updated on consumer trends and preferences to inform packaging development.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source materials and packaging solutions.
6. Implement and optimize packaging processes, including cost-saving initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for packaging materials.
8. Monitor and analyze competitor packaging strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Train and develop team members on packaging development processes and industry advancements.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates on packaging development progress.
11. Identify and troubleshoot any packaging issues that arise during production.
12. Stay updated on packaging technology advancements and make recommendations for implementation.
13. Manage and track packaging development budgets and expenses.
