- Lead the successful deployment of new product innovations for British American Tobacco.

Knowledge Of New Product Development Processes: The Npi Deployment Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The New Product Development Process From Ideation To Launch. This Includes Knowledge Of Market Research, Product Design, Testing, And Regulatory Compliance.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management, The Npi Deployment Manager Must Have Excellent Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Project Updates, Challenges, And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels.
