Inventory Control Analyst

Accurately complete and audit necessary shipping and receiving documentation, inventory control documentation, receipts transactions, and outbound/usage to maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor materials in SAP and/or MES to provide accurate recordkeeping and completion of ordered, received, and invoiced quantities. Perform cycle counts as established by facility management, assist in resolution of discrepancies, and report results in timely manner for adjustment of inventory records. Identify, research, report and resolve any issues. As needed, assist Quality Management with storing/releasing materials from hold status. Enter SAP transactions to reflect accurate held/released inventories. Ensure materials are stored in correct locations with proper identification to facilitate appropriate stock rotation and inventory accuracy. Ensure all storage areas are maintained in a manner to ensure a safe workplace and orderly warehousing. Communicate with third-party vendors and shippers to arrange pickup/delivery availability and scheduling.
