- Provide high-quality HR support to employees, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to employees.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving employee retention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee relations issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all employees and stakeholders.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the employee experience and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In Employee Services Or Employee Relations
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism
