HR Business Partner

This HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the Operations team in helping to create a best in class employee engagement and a high performing culture. The HRBP partners with Senior management to align business objectives and execute strategic initiatives, while supporting the continuous improvement process within the business. Partner with leaders to identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options and develop solutions. Build effective partnerships with Senior managers. Consults with line management on coaching and feedback efforts, people and performance decisions, employee engagement, communications, talent management development, organizational change initiatives and program rollouts. Drive change management initiatives through a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements. Execute employee engagement strategies. Drive employee relations at local site.
