  1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
  4. Investigate and report on any workplace accidents or incidents, and develop plans to prevent future occurrences.
  5. Monitor and analyze health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  7. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and encourage safe work practices.
  8. Lead and motivate a team of health and safety professionals to ensure the successful implementation of health and safety initiatives.
  9. Develop and manage the health and safety budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies regarding health and safety matters.
  11. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  12. Develop emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees in the event of a crisis.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in health and safety practices and implement relevant changes as needed.
  14. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on health and safety issues.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Health And Safety Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Local And International Health And Safety Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Motivate Employees On Safety Procedures.

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Other Relevant Certifications Preferred.
