  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the designated territory, including market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  2. Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct regular market visits and sales calls to identify new business opportunities and address any issues or concerns.

  8. Plan and organize promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance within the territory.
  10. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and mitigation of potential risks.
  11. Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image in the territory.
  13. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  14. Travel within the designated territory and occasionally beyond as required by the business.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Tobacco Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Managing Key Accounts Effectively.

The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Confidently And Persuasively To Achieve Desired Outcomes.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Territory Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies For Their Assigned Territory.
