  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance.
  13. Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools and technologies to ensure optimal performance.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for data analytics projects.
  15. Represent the company in data and analytics conferences and events.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Management:

  • The Ideal Candidate For A Data & Analytics Manager At British American Tobacco Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of At Least 5 Years In Data Analysis And Management. This Includes Experience In Data Mining, Data Cleansing, Data Visualization, And Data Modeling.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Tools And Techniques:

  • The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Tools And Techniques Such As Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, And Machine Learning. They Should Be Able To Apply These Techniques To Extract Meaningful Insights From Complex Data Sets.

  • Knowledge Of Business Intelligence And Data Visualization Tools:

  • The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Business Intelligence And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, And Qlikview. They Should Have Experience In Creating Interactive Dashboards And Reports To Present Data In A Visually Appealing And Easy-To-Understand Manner.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills:

  • A Data & Analytics Manager At British American Tobacco Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data, And Use Critical Thinking To Solve Complex Business Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities:
