Counsel - Commercial/Corporate

Provide all necessary legal counsel and support to consumer marketing teams on a wide variety of complex consumer digital advertising and promotion issues. Provide consumer marketing professionals, members of the commercial law and external affairs teams, and other key stakeholders with advice and guidance relating to compliance with BAT/Reynolds marketing policies/guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including regulations promulgated by the FDA and FTC. Regularly engage and collaborate with global legal, regulatory, and marketing colleagues and other end-markets on potential marketing initiatives, and advise on US-specific laws and regulations. Provide legal counsel as needed about general commercial business matters including, drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating miscellaneous commercial contracts.
