  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  2. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement strategies for improving and optimizing employee benefits programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations related to employee benefits.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices for employee benefits.
  6. Evaluate and compare various benefits packages and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Communicate and educate employees on available benefits and any changes or updates to the programs.
  8. Coordinate enrollment and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they understand and are enrolled in the appropriate benefits.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage and administer benefits programs.
  10. Assist with the development of communication materials and resources related to employee benefits.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and enrollment data.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to employee benefits.
  13. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and reports as needed.
  14. Stay informed about changes and updates in the employee benefits landscape and make recommendations accordingly.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Benefits Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Employees And Management.
