We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Supply Chain Continuous Improvement & Reporting Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain operations within a defined area. In addition, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting to support decision making and drive performance improvements.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement.   1. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives for supply chain operations within the defined area.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement projects and initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of supply chain processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate supply chain team members on best practices and new processes.
  7. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on improvement goals.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve supply chain processes and stay competitive.
  10. Proactively identify any risks or issues within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to management.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain team.
  13. Collaborate with other supply chain managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across different areas.
  14. Stay informed on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain operations.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent British American Tobacco in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Reporting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Systems, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Change Within The Organization.
