- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including coordinating workflows and managing deadlines.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
