1. Greet and welcome potential candidates for the Summer Internship program.
2. Provide detailed information about the internship program and its requirements.
3. Screen and review applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Participate in the interview and selection process for the internship program.
5. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews and other recruitment events.
7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract top talent.
9. Create and update job descriptions and other recruitment materials to accurately reflect the internship program.
10. Ensure compliance with all recruitment and hiring policies and procedures.
11. Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their program, including onboarding and training.
12. Monitor and evaluate intern performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
13. Collaborate with department managers to identify potential full-time job opportunities for interns.
14. Collect and analyze data on recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
15. Represent British Airways at career fairs and other recruitment events.
16. Continuously stay informed about industry trends and developments to attract and retain top talent.
17. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees, including interns.
18. Other duties as assigned by management.
