
Station Maintenance Manager

- Oversee all maintenance and repair operations for aircrafts at various stations.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of aircrafts.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to flight schedules.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of aircrafts to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
- Communicate with upper management on maintenance issues, budget, and performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Respond to emergency situations and make quick and effective decisions to ensure the safety and reliability of aircrafts.
Extensive Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Aircraft, Preferably With A Major Airline.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Aviation Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Industry Standards.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Resources.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Complex Maintenance Issues And Make Sound Judgments.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Maintenance Operations, Ensuring Compliance With Schedules, Budgets, And Quality Standards.
