You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety and security policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of safety and security protocols, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.   1. Implement and maintain safety and security policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular safety and security audits to identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  3. Develop and deliver safety and security training programs for employees to ensure compliance with established protocols.
  4. Monitor and track safety and security incidents, investigate any breaches or incidents, and take appropriate corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that safety and security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety and security to continuously improve our protocols.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and security activities.
  8. Communicate effectively with passengers, crew members, and other stakeholders regarding safety and security procedures.
  9. Handle any safety and security-related emergencies or incidents in a calm and efficient manner.
  10. Collaborate with local law enforcement and other agencies to ensure the safety and security of our operations.
  11. Participate in safety and security meetings and provide recommendations for improvements.
  12. Identify potential security threats and take proactive measures to prevent them.
  13. Monitor and maintain safety and security equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
  14. Conduct risk assessments of our operations to identify potential safety and security hazards.
  15. Provide support and assistance to other departments on safety and security-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Aviation Safety Regulations: The Safety And Security Administrator Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Safety Regulations Set By Aviation Authorities Such As The International Civil Aviation Organization (Icao) And The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa).

  • Experience In Risk Assessment And Management: The Job Requires The Ability To Identify Potential Safety Risks And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them. A Strong Background In Conducting Risk Assessments And Implementing Risk Management Protocols Is Essential.

  • Familiarity With Emergency Procedures: As A Safety And Security Administrator, One Must Be Well-Versed In Emergency Procedures And Able To Handle Crisis Situations Efficiently. This Includes Coordinating With Internal And External Stakeholders, Implementing Emergency Protocols, And Ensuring The Safety Of Passengers And Crew.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: The Role Involves Communicating With Various Departments Within The Organization As Well As External Agencies. Strong Communication And Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Coordinate And Manage Safety And Security Operations.

  • Training And Certification In Safety And Security: A Candidate For This Position Should Possess Relevant Training And Certification In Safety And Security Management, Such As A Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Aviation Manager (Cam) Designation. This Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Safety And Security Principles And A Commitment To Ongoing Professional Development.
