Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management, Talent Development, Or Learning And Development.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Performance Management Processes And Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.
Experience In Project Management And Conducting Training And Development Workshops Or Programs.
