Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management, Talent Development, Or Learning And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Performance Management Processes And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Conducting Training And Development Workshops Or Programs.
