- Develop and deliver training programs for operations staff in alignment with British Airways' standards and procedures.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing operations staff, both in-person and virtually.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Monitor and assess trainees' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
- Work closely with other departments and teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations during training sessions.
- Act as a mentor and coach to new operations staff, providing guidance and support as they acclimate to their roles.
- Proactively identify and address any training gaps or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the HR department to identify and develop career development opportunities for operations staff.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for British Airways, representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with all British Airways policies and procedures, and ensure they are reflected in training programs.
Extensive Experience In Operations Training: As A Training Delivery Partner At British Airways, Candidates Must Have A Strong Background In Operations Training, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills To Effectively Deliver Training Programs To Various Levels Of Employees At British Airways.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Aviation Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Aviation Industry, Including Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Industry Trends Is Essential For This Role.
