  1. Develop and deliver training programs for operations staff in alignment with British Airways' standards and procedures.
  2. Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Conduct training sessions for new and existing operations staff, both in-person and virtually.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  6. Monitor and assess trainees' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  8. Work closely with other departments and teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations during training sessions.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to new operations staff, providing guidance and support as they acclimate to their roles.
  12. Proactively identify and address any training gaps or issues that may arise.
  13. Collaborate with the HR department to identify and develop career development opportunities for operations staff.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for British Airways, representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  15. Stay up-to-date with all British Airways policies and procedures, and ensure they are reflected in training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operations Training: As A Training Delivery Partner At British Airways, Candidates Must Have A Strong Background In Operations Training, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
