- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for network and infrastructure projects within British Airways.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and understood.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to network and infrastructure projects.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Continuously seek out new technologies and solutions to improve network and infrastructure capabilities within British Airways.
- Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures to stay within project budgets.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Network And Infrastructure Domain.
Pmp Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certification.
Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale Network And Infrastructure Projects, Including Planning, Execution, And Delivery.
Strong Communication, Leadership, And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
