
NDC Customer Success Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and NDC partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all NDC-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the NDC program.
- Monitor and analyze NDC performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops for customers and internal teams to increase understanding and adoption of the NDC program.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to the NDC program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to NDC to ensure British Airways remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Act as an advocate for customers, providing insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of the NDC program.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of British Airways products, services, and policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the NDC program and build relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through the NDC program.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction through the NDC program.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on NDC program performance for management review.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management In The Airline Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
Strong Understanding Of Ndc (New Distribution Capability) Standards And Industry Trends.
