  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership and talent development strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Identify and assess the leadership and talent needs of the organization, and create targeted development programs to address these needs.
  3. Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to identify high potential employees and develop individualized development plans for them.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and innovative leadership development programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring, to support the growth and development of leaders at all levels.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve existing leadership and talent development programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization and driving business results.
  6. Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate leadership and talent development initiatives into other HR processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to leaders on topics related to leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement.
  8. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of leadership and talent development programs, and use this information to make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent development, and proactively make recommendations for improvements and changes to programs and processes.
  10. Act as a role model for leadership development by demonstrating strong leadership skills and behaviors in your own work.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting and encouraging employee development opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to bring in new and innovative leadership and talent development resources and tools.
  13. Support the onboarding process for new leaders by providing resources and support to help them acclimate to their new roles.
  14. Communicate and promote leadership and talent development initiatives to employees to ensure understanding and participation.
  15. Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment and integration of leadership and talent development initiatives with overall HR strategy and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Leadership And Talent Development, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent Development Programs.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Leadership Development Theories, Practices, And Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
