  12. Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing key accounts.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, in all business activities.
