  1. Conduct strategic analysis and provide insights to support decision-making for the Network team.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize the airline's network and routes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing routes and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new route proposals.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airports, government agencies, and industry partners.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide recommendations for adapting the airline's strategy accordingly.
  8. Participate in the development and execution of the airline's long-term strategic plan.
  9. Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  10. Identify and address potential challenges and risks related to network and route planning.
  11. Continuously review and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on network and route planning best practices.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development And Analysis, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Gather, Interpret, And Present Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth And Enhance Operational Efficiency.
