- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to benefits administration, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee communication and education programs related to benefits.
- Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives related to employee benefits.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Role At British Airways. A Degree In Hrm Or A Related Field Demonstrates A Solid Understanding Of The Field And The Ability To Apply Theoretical Knowledge To Practical Situations.
