  1. Develop and administer comprehensive benefits programs for all employees, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on market trends to ensure that our benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefits programs and initiatives.
  4. Manage the enrollment and communication process for all benefits programs, including conducting open enrollment sessions and responding to employee inquiries.
  5. Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all benefits-related paperwork, such as enrollment forms and change requests.
  6. Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with benefit plans.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of all benefits policies and procedures, communicating updates and changes to employees as needed.
  9. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options, including retirement plans, insurance plans, and other wellness programs.
  10. Collaborate with HR team members to address any employee relations issues related to benefits.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to benefits administration, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements when necessary.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of employee communication and education programs related to benefits.
  14. Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives related to employee benefits.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Role At British Airways.
