Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong background in data analysis and reporting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, as well as creating and presenting reports to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.   1. Manage and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.
  2. Create and maintain accurate and organized HR databases and systems.
  3. Develop and deliver regular HR reports and presentations to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  6. Act as a point of contact for HR data-related inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  7. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or issues.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR data processes and streamline reporting procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis and reporting.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's HR policies and procedures.
  11. Assist with other HR tasks and projects as needed.
  12. Uphold the company's high standards of customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team and across departments.
  14. Represent British Airways in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hr Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Proficient In Data Management And Reporting Tools Such As Excel, Sap, And Hris Systems.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Hr Best Practices.
