  1. Conduct strategic analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand to inform fleet planning decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive fleet plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and maintenance, to ensure fleet plans are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, lessors, and other external stakeholders to negotiate optimal terms for aircraft acquisition and lease agreements.
  6. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on fleet utilization and performance.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations that may impact fleet planning and make recommendations accordingly.
  8. Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure efficient and effective utilization of aircrafts.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions to the fleet.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fleet planning operations and increase efficiency.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts on fleet planning processes and best practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in fleet planning decisions.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet planning activities.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the fleet planning team.
  15. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences as a subject matter expert on fleet planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
