  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide financial insights and support.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision making.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers and variances to budget and forecast.
  5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  8. Provide financial training and support to non-finance teams to improve financial literacy and decision making.
  9. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other Finance Business Partners to share knowledge and best practices across the organization.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
  13. Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
  14. Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Business Partnering

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Financial Modeling Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Decision-Making

  • Experience In The Airline Industry Or A Similar Highly Regulated Industry Is Preferred.
