  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance end user computing and experience across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze end user technology trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to end user computing, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Maintain and update end user devices and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  6. Conduct training and provide support to end users on new technology and software updates.
  7. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve end user experience and productivity.
  8. Create and maintain documentation of end user processes and procedures.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to end user computing.
  10. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies in end user computing and customer experience.
  11. Participate in project teams to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
  12. Foster a customer-centric culture by prioritizing end user satisfaction and continuously seeking feedback and opportunities for improvement.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members on end user computing and experience.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow, staying updated on the latest technologies and industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Successful End User Computing/Experience Analyst At British Airways Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Operating Systems, Software Applications, And Network Infrastructure. This Will Enable Them To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently.

  • Experience In End User Support: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Providing End User Support, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment. This Includes Experience In Handling Hardware And Software Installations, Upgrades, And Maintenance.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The End User Computing/Experience Analyst Will Be Interacting With End Users, It Teams, And Other Stakeholders On A Regular Basis. They Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To Non-Technical Users.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Analyze Complex Issues And Come Up With Effective Solutions Is Essential For This Role. The End User Computing/Experience Analyst Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Resolve Technical Issues.
