
Duty Maintenance Manager

- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities for the airline's fleet of aircraft.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring their availability for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of necessary parts and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all aviation regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for any maintenance-related emergencies or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to maintenance staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Communicate with pilots, flight attendants, and other staff to address any maintenance-related concerns or issues.
- Create and maintain a culture of safety and excellence within the maintenance department.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Maintenance Management
Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Procedures
