This Ensures That The Pilot Has The Necessary Training And Experience To Safely Operate Commercial Aircraft.
Minimum Flight Experience: British Airways Requires A Minimum Of 2000 Hours Of Flight Experience For Direct Entry Pilots. This Includes A Combination Of Multi-Engine And Jet Aircraft Experience, Demonstrating The Pilot's Ability To Handle Different Types Of Aircraft And Flying Conditions.
