Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Digital Learning Solutions, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Captivate, And Camtasia.

  • Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And Experience In Managing And Delivering Online Training Programs.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Digital Learning Experiences.
