  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify and assess potential cyber and IT risks within the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze security events to identify and respond to potential threats in a timely manner.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  6. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate cyber threats.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure their security protocols align with the organization's standards.
  9. Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  10. Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
  11. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization's cybersecurity.
  12. Maintain and update the organization's cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  13. Prepare and present reports on cyber and IT risk management to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Participate in incident response exercises and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on cybersecurity matters to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Risk Management Or Cybersecurity Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Information Security And Risk Management.

  • Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, And Penetration Testing.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Threats To The Company's It Systems And Data.
