  1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall colleague experience at British Airways.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to address employee needs and concerns.
  3. Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from employees to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  5. Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent approach to employee relations.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee data and trends to identify areas of concern and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Train and educate managers on how to create a positive and inclusive work environment for their teams.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to employee experience and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly seeking feedback and implementing changes based on employee input.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to provide resources and support for employee well-being.
  12. Communicate and promote the company's values and mission to ensure employee alignment and engagement.
  13. Serve as an advocate for employee needs and concerns, and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  14. Monitor and manage employee recognition and rewards programs to ensure they align with the company's values and goals.
  15. Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and foster a sense of community within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employee Engagement, Culture Development, Or Customer Experience Roles

  • Strong Understanding Of British Airways Company Values And Culture

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Colleagues At All Levels

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Successful Colleague Experience Programs And Initiatives
