- Serve as a key point of contact and support for the Finance Business Partner in charge of Engineering & Operations for BA Cityflyer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis to support decision making.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis of key performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data is provided to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the engineering and operations functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to regulatory requirements that may impact financial performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including financial controls and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Ba Cityflyer Assistant Finance Business Partner Engineering & Operations Should Have A Strong Foundation In Finance And Accounting Principles. A Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Excel In This Role.
