- Manage and maintain accurate employee time and absence records in Workday software.
- Monitor and approve time off requests and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday time tracking and absence management.
- Train and support employees on how to use the Workday time tracking and absence management system.
- Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to the Workday system and implement necessary changes.
- Analyze and report on employee time and attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding time tracking and absence management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to any inquiries or concerns related to time tracking and absence management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to time tracking and absence management.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to time tracking and absence management as needed.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement to current processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Time Tracking And Absence Modules.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Labor Laws Related To Time Tracking And Absence Management.
Experience With Project Management, Including Implementation And Maintenance Of Workday Modules.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Support To Internal Stakeholders.
